We believe all candidates should know if an employer is actively working to improve their DEI ecosystem.
We also believe every employer needs a platform to showcase their DEI hard work and attract aligned candidates.

We have a Certification program that sets companies apart from those who are not actively working to improve their DEI ecosystem. We provide a seal for companies to exhibit their DEI level, achievement and support. We assist Advocates (companies/individuals) and Certification (for companies).
For any individual or entity who wants to show support for the efforts the Austin Diversity and Inclusion Project can become an advocate. Advocates are also recognized and will also be provided an icon to exhibit their support.​
