Driving D.E.I efforts in the Austin Community.

Who we are:

The Austin Diversity & Inclusion Project was co-founded as a non-profit in January 2017 by three women working in tech in Austin with a mission of providing leaders and emerging leaders with resources to promote diversity and champion a culture of inclusion within their own organizations and Austin at large. We focus on grassroots efforts to discuss opportunities for increasing awareness and inclusion related to diversity such as achieving pay equity, implementing mother-friendly workplaces, and how to get executive buy-in for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

We have now grown from a non profit to an LLC and is now championed by a wife and husband team - hoping to enlighten the world one person, one company at a time. We have shifted focus to the certification and sponsorship programs that we have today to further our reimagined mission and vision.

Our Mission:

Gather together a list of the companies who are actively working on their DEI ecosystem to create awareness for applicants who are interested in working at these places.

Our Vision:

Bring awareness to the workforce as a whole, the employers and companies that are doing the work to create an inclusive and diverse environment that is safe and equitable for their employees.
